We know that you, like us, take our water systems for granted. When you open the faucet, you expect water to come out. That's the way we intend it to be. However, there may be an occasion when you have a problem and you will need our assistance.

If we installed your residential well and pump system, and you are out of water, we promise to provide you with "same day" emergency service. If we fail to provide "same day" service, we will provide labor for the service call at no charge. "Same day" service means that we will provide service the same calendar day if you contact us no later than 7 p.m. If you decide that you would like us to provide service the next following work day at regular service rates, rather than that day at overtime rates, we will extend our warranty to the next following work day.

We have servicemen on call at all times to allow us to service you fast and efficiently. In addition, we will have a detailed computer record of your system so before our serviceman leaves for your home, they know everything they need to know about your system, providing maximum assurance that they will have the materials needed to solve your problem quickly.

If you would like us to provide you with service, but we did not install your system, we will still make every attempt to meet your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
