Service Pledge

Goodwin Well & water Inc. warrants that we will provide "same day" emergency repair service to any residential customer who is out of water and for whom we have installed a complete water system, including both well and pump system. If we fail to provide "same day" service, we will provide labor for the service call at no charge.

"Same day" service means that we will provide service the same calendar day if you contact us no later than 7 p.m. If a customer decides they would like us to provide service the next following work day at regular service rates, rather than that day at overtime rates, we will extend our warranty to the next following work day.
